1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged or not working.
A product parcel opening video is mandatory as proof of damage or non-functionality. The video must be uninterrupted and clearly show the issue.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received at our store and verified.
No cash refunds will be issued. Instead, we will provide points or coupons, which can be used for future purchases.
3. Replacement Policy
We currently do not offer a replacement policy. Only returns are accepted under the conditions mentioned above.
4. Order Cancellation
If you cancel an order, a 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
The remaining amount will be credited to your account as points or coupons.
5. Important Notes
Refunds or points will only be processed after the product is returned to our stock.
Ensure the product is securely packed when returning it to avoid further damage during transit.
